ORIGIN STORY

COMING SOON. 2020. Conventions were on hold. Local kids needed somewhere fun.

That summer we opened on Burgin Street, with door prizes.

A big crowd in made-up costumes under bunting: a wizard, a cardboard robot, a foil knight with a foil sword, a caped hero seen from behind, a bedsheet ghost, and more behind them. — MARION COMIC CON. We ran it. In 2018, over 1,300 people came.
